Set in the future, Sprinkle Islands is a favorite with younger and older kids alike. "Sprinkle" is an understatement! It's a veritable gush that comes from this teeny little fire truck. That's a good thing though as there are a lot of fires to put out. The player must save the residents of the Titan islands using a limited amount of water. The less water used, the more points earned. Sound easy? You may be surprised at how tricky the levels can get!

The player controls the hose on the fire truck, the height and the amount of water sprayed. Unlike the first game, Sprinkle, there is no need to worry about the angle of the nozzle as that adjusts automatically. Phew! The aim of the game is to angle the nozzle and spray just the right amount of water to put the fires out. Each fire is in a different location and requires a different kind of solution to get the water to the flame.
Why is this game a Smart App, you may ask. Because it requires problem solving skills to advance through the levels. There are 60 levels in total (eight in the free version) so this app is sure to give your child's brain a workout. Once s/he completes all the levels, get her/him to try timing each level for an added challenge.
