How could we have a Thanksgiving app list without a Berenstain Bears app? This interactive storybook app tells the story of Papa, sister and brother delivering some furniture to Farmer Ben who makes payment in the form of a turkey. The intention is to serve the turkey up for Thanksgiving dinner, but sister becomes quite attached to Squanto the turkey. I always say: "Thank you" is a story to remind children that we need to be grateful and say thanks. Little Binger has a little trouble carrying all of his toys to his room, when the inevitable happens and one drops on the floor. His hands are full and he is unable to retrieve it, so his mother picked it up and passed it to him. Such a simple story, but sometimes this kind of presentation is exactly what our kids need to be reminded of using their manners (it is much better than nagging them anyway!)

These Peanuts book apps are so precious! I just love how the original illustrations have been animated and made interactive. To top it off, this particular story is narrated by Stephen Shea who was the voice of Linus in the Peanuts cartoons.
