In the end the animals from the forest work together to thank the Bear Family in a wonderful and unique way.
Trusted History of the Berenstain Series
With over 300 Berenstain Bears books published since 1962, the inspiration for the characters came from the Berenstains' sons, Leo and Mike, when their parents decided to try creating children's books. The first book became The Big Honey Hunt, published in 1962 by Dr. Seuss's Beginner Books imprint. The popularity of the books subsequently spawned numerous child-friendly television shows and computer games.
