The first thing you should do when you get your new tablet, is load it full of books. So much learning happens when a book is read to a child, and all of the common core subjects can be covered in a simple story such as this one. Nighty Night is not so much a story as an interactive picture book, designed to help develop a sleep association for your child at bedtime. Each animal performs various actions upon tapping, and will automatically go to sleep when the light is switched off in that area. There are seven different animals to put to bed before the narrator notices that the reader is still awake and needs to turn off the light.
