Happy New Year! FRIENDS is now streaming on Netflix! (Oh, and there are some other things new on Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, too.)

Confession time, I’m kind of a Netflix junkie. In the wee small hours of the morning, when the world is sleeping (but, alas, I can’t seem to shut my eyes), I find myself binge-watching television series or movies I never got around to seeing. And it’s not just Netflix, one huge bonus of signing up for Amazon Prime is that you have access to Amazon Prime Video. That’s a pretty sweet deal. On Amazon Prime Video, I got to watch all of Downton Abbey to prepare for Season Five. Cool beans, right?

But, this week is pretty momentous for me. Why is that you ask? Well, it’s because today they started streaming all ten seasons of Friends on Netflix. Whoop! I know I’ve already seen every episode a dozen times, but it makes me happy to know that I can see them in order any time I want now.

So, what else is new this week on Netflix & Amazon Prime Video? Here’s a list for you:

Now, I know that both of these are subscription services. Netflix is $8.99/month and Amazon Prime Video is included in the Amazon Prime price of $99/year. Depending on how much you watch TV, these could be a really great deal. It’s up to each user to decide what works for them.
